2024 Pool Season Reminders
New Town at St. Charles pools are swim at your own risk facilities with
NO LIFEGUARDS ON DUTY.
Residents are required to present 2024 pool pass with barcode or email to enter
2024 Guest Policy (per household):
$5.00 per guest
Guest passes must be purchased online
Limit of 4 guests Monday-Friday
Limit of 2 guests Saturday-Sunday
No guests permitted Friday – Monday on holiday weekends
Water bottles, tumblers and zip top baggies are permitted in pool areas
The following are prohibited in pool areas:
Alcohol Tobacco
Glass Pets
Coolers / outside food & beverages
While on duty, pool staff have authority to allow or restrict entrance and enforce rules.
