Spring has officially arrived, and with it comes sunshine, fresh blooms, and the perfect opportunity to keep New Town looking its absolute best! Let’s all do our part to spruce up our homes and community spaces so we can continue to enjoy the charm that makes our neighborhood so special.
Spring Home & Yard Refresh
-
Lawn Love – Regular mowing, edging, and weeding help keep our lawns neat and inviting. If you have sticks or debris in your yard, be sure to pick them up and dispose of them properly.
-
Curb Appeal Counts – Please remember that trash cans should be kept in your garage or within a designated enclosure—not in driveways or out in the open.
-
Tidy Exteriors – Make sure to store personal items inside (no outdoor storage around the exterior of your home). A clutter-free community is a beautiful one!
Community Courtesy ♂️
-
No Alley Parking – Alleys must remain clear for emergency vehicles and ease of access. Let’s be mindful and park in designated areas.
-
Litter-Free Living – Please pick up after yourself, whether at home or out enjoying our parks, lakes, and walkways. Every little effort keeps New Town looking pristine!
By working together, we keep New Town vibrant, welcoming, and ready for all the fun that spring and summer have to offer! Thank you for taking pride in your home and neighborhood.
Happy Spring, Neighbors!
