The City of St. Charles has informed us that beginning on March 12th construction will begin from Charlestown Place Drive to Boschertown Road, requiring Island Harbor Dr to be closed for maintenance. The City will begin the process of removing and replacing the existing roadway, which will keep the detour in place for a 2-3 weeks. Please see the link below for the detour map for alternative route. This road closure will impact New Town residents, as well as the adjacent Charlestown Place, Charlestown Landing, and Charlestown Meadows developments.
