Spring is here and Summer is right around the corner! We wanted to send out a few friendly reminders about a few items in the community.
- Selling your home? That is exciting! You can rent For Sale signs at the General Assembly to hold brochures and publish Open Houses. Please note, that all other For Sale/Open House signs, including your realtors, are prohibited, and must be removed from your yard.
- What kind of music should you listen to while fishing? Something catchy! Please remember that our lakes are for New Town residents only. If you have friends that like to fish, they are more than welcome to join you, but they must be accompanied by you at all times. Our lakes are catch and release only, if you see people catching and keeping fish, please notify the General Assembly.
- Have some fun in the sun and enjoy our lakes! Swimming and Kayaks are allowed on the lakes. Please do not disturb or move any riprap surrounding the lakes when pulling in your Canoes or Kayaks. After exiting the lakes, you must properly store your canoes and kayaks at your home. They cannot be left at the lakes edge or outside of your home or garage. All motorized water vehicles are prohibited.
