New Town Weekly Update

April Showers, well also May showers, bring May flowers! Hopefully, the big storms and rain are behind us and the sunny days are here to stay! Please see below for reminders and announcement this week!

– The work being completed throughout the community is due to either the City of St. Charles updating the sewer system or AT&T installing fiber network.
City of St. Charles questions should call 636-949-3200. AT&T questions should be directed to 314-544-7688
– As part of our shared commitment to maintaining the beauty and harmony of our community, please remember it is important to maintain your yards, including regular mowing and weed pulling.
– For commercial and company vehicles, please be sure not to park on the City Streets. Vehicles may be subjected to towing by the City of St. Charles. There are three commercial lots near the amphitheater available for temporary parking.
– Pets must be leashed at all times and proper waste disposal must be maintained. Proper waste disposal helps prevent the spread of diseases, keeps public spaces pleasant, and shows consideration for others.
– Sod cutting and placement of gravel is still in progress throughout the community and will continue for several weeks.
– The New Town Trust is holding a Spring Bazar on 5/11 at GlenMark Farms. Please contact events@newtownatstcharles.com for additional information.
– 2024 Pool Passes are being accepted, please visit www.ntga.net to apply.
