Update on Town Hall Mailroom Fob System

The General Assembly is reaching out to inform you about an issue with the Town Hall Mailroom fob system that has affected access for some of our homeowners. Please know that the General Assembly is fully aware of this inconvenience and takes this matter very seriously.

To resolve the issue, we have been in contact with our service provider and are working diligently to restore the system to full functionality as soon as possible. We understand the importance of ensuring reliable access to the Mailroom and sincerely apologize for any disruption this has caused.

We will keep you updated on our progress and will notify you as soon as the system is operating normally.
