Urgent Update on the Mailroom Fob System

Dear Homeowners,

The General Assembly is aware that some older fobs are experiencing issues accessing the mailrooms. We are actively working with our IT Services team, which is conducting system upgrades, to identify and resolve these issues.

Due to the high volume of reported problems, the General Assembly is diligently tracking all affected fobs. If your fob is not functioning, please email ntmanager@dniproperties.com with the following information:

  • Your complete fob number (as shown on the fob)
  • Your first and last name
  • Your home address

The General Assembly will review each case and either reinstate the fob in the system or provide a new one if necessary.
