If you have a package delivery that was unsuccessful or if your package was too large for the parcel lockers, USPS may have returned the packages to the Post Office for pick-up. You should receive a mail slip in your mailbox. If you do not receive a mail slip in your mailbox, please call 1-877-275-8777 or file a complaint at emailus@usps.com.
Two additional parcel lockers for the Shutten Street mailroom have been ordered and will be installed when they arrive.
